The Captains Mixed Away Day to St Mellons Golf Club was a great success, 40 played, the winners were:

Iona Gregory ladies nearest the pin

Kath McGrath ladies longest drive

Gordon Lyle nearest the pin on 8th,

Gwyn Evans nearest the pin on 14.

1st were Judi Pickard, Tina Heard, Iwan Davies and Paul Fancett,

2nd were Jan McPherson, Caroline Jerrett, Jim Bell-Langford and Martyn John,

3rd were Celia Burdon, Shani Fancett, Mike Brady, and Neil McGrath.
