SGC Summer Junior Competition #1

Well done to all the players who took part in our first summer competition of the year today.

The extraordinarily warm conditions provided an added challenge throughout the day, with temperatures reaching as high as 32°C. Despite the heat, there were some excellent performances across both divisions.

The competition was split into two divisions, with prizes awarded for the best gross and net scores. Today’s winners were:

Division 1

* Tommy Evans — Best Gross: 75 (Net 71)

* Will Owens — Best Net: 68

Division 2 (Handicaps 26–35)

* Zavier Gardener — Best Gross: 99

* Conar Nolan — Best Net: 67
