2026 SUMMER KNOCKOUTS

ENTRIES NOW OPEN IN THE PRO SHOP

                          

 

ELIGIBLE CRITERIA

 

Entrants must be available to play on Finals Day

Saturday 19th September 2026

 

& must have 3 qualifying General Play scores & 3 qualifying Competition scores on their record in the last 12 months

 

Captain’s Cup – White Box Matchplay

 

Dr. Jeffrey Jones – White Box Medal

 

Peace Cup – Yellow Box Matchplay

 

Seniors Cup – Over 55’s Yellow Box Matchplay

 

Mixed Foursomes – Red/Yellow Box Matchplay off Yellow S.I.’s

 

Harvey Cup Foursomes – Yellow Box Matchplay

 

Scratch Foursomes – White Box Matchplay (no handicaps)

 

 

CLOSING DATE: Monday 6th April 2026 @ 5pm

 

ENTRY FEE: £3.00 TO BE PAID UPON ENTRY IN PRO SHOP EITHER IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE

Terms & Conditions

 

You will receive an email with the draw, deadline dates, opponent(s) and their contact details.

As a backup, please enter your contact number on the competition draw sheets located on the competition board.

 

Handicap Allowances:

 

Individual Matchplay –

100% difference between Course Handicaps

 

Pairs Foursomes Matchplay –

50% of the difference between the teams’ combined Course Handicaps

 

If you are unable to play your match within the set timescale you will be expected to offer your opponent(s) a walkover result, unless there are unavoidable exceptional circumstances (e.g. extreme weather or unexpected short-term illness) in which case a short deadline extension may be agreed…

by seeking the prior approval of the 2026 Club Captain Steve Roberts in advance of the round deadline

…otherwise both parties will be disqualified.

 

Competitors are reminded that under the Competition Committee Rules, it is not permitted to concurrently play in both a Stroke Play match and a Matchplay match, as certain Rules are substantially different between the two forms of play.
