Junior News 2025 New Update

 

Great news to start the season we had 22 Junior members participate in our half term competition today.

 

Thank you to all the Juniors involved, your behaviour, manners and etiquette were excellent today!

 

The age range of the juniors today varied from age 8-18. 

 

Within the competition we had 11 Juniors  with handicaps ranging from 10 to 29, the remainder were looking to reduce handicaps through competition and several playing in their first competition start to obtain their first handicap.

 

In the competition players with a registered Handicap played a standard Full Handicap Stableford competition. 

 

The remainder of players played a Modified Stableford Competition similar to the Ping Wales Junior Tour over 9 or 18 holes.

Junior Coaching every other Saturday with PGA Professional and Director of Golf John Peters. Next session will be Saturday 15th due to the 'Captain's Drive In' on the 8th apologies from

myself.
