Ladies News

Firstly the Mail on Sunday team are doing extremely well.  They have come through six rounds.   The last match to be played was against Haverfordwest, played at Southerndown.

Our ladies had a very good win.

Congratulations are also in order for the team who represented Southerndown at Nefyn, North Wales.  They won through to the quarter-finals but, unfortunately, they had to play the home team, Nefyn and they were beaten.  Thank you ladies for getting so far in the tournament.

The June Stableford was won by Cath Jewel with 40 points and the runner-up was Nicola Hughes.

The June Medal was won by Rita Willianms with a nett 76 and Sarah Morris came second with a nett 78.
