Calendar colours- what they mean

22 MAY 2008 22:48

You may have noticed that there are several different colours used on the calendar- there is no real significance in the colour itself, but this may help to understand why things sometimes appear in different ways

The entries in grey are the ones that are booked out every week for as long as the calendar lasts- for example, swindles, hanner ffordd, etc

Bookings appear in red if they've been booked over the internet, or if Alan has input the visitor as a booking (usually small numbers)

The balance of times appear in yellow- basically where it's easier to block a period of time- e.g. medals, members and guests, etc

All can be manually overriden- it's just the way they appear through the website management system. As I said, there's no real significance in the colour but quite a few people have asked me so I thought others may be interested
