1st Team v Pennard

Yesterday's first team match saw us play a tough Pennard team at home.
Our boys were wearing our new team kit and really looked the part.

Mark O'Sullivan and David Jones were the first pair off and destroyed the opposition with some superb golf winning 6&5 (aided by Mark's new 'heavy' putter).

 

Our second pairing of Anthony Ford and Graham McMonagle again went down the eighteenth hole and secured a half, having come back from three down earlier in the round.

 

The final pair of Jon Holmes and myself, played some less than inspiring golf, but managed to squeeze out a victory on the sixteenth hole.
Thanks to all the boys who played and lets hope this is the first win of many this season.
