Needing to pick up 4 shots on leader Oliver Farr, Nigel Edwards soon ran into trouble. Having dropped a shot on the 3rd hole he found himself in the valley on the 5th (see photo) and dropped another as he failed to get up and down.
20 cards are in the Clubhouse, with Southerndown member, Michael Hearne, producing a creditable 292 and currently in 3rd place in the clubhouse.
But ... watch this space!
