An Excellent round by Kyle Harman (Southerndown Golf Club) of 67 giving him a two round total of 137 (-3) and a two shot lead going into Sunday's final rounds of the Duncan Putter. His playing partner for Sunday is Sam Done (Kenwick Park Golf Club), following his first round of level par 70 with a 69 in what were very tricky conditions. Three more players are just a shot further back, including first round leader Ben Chamberlain ( Padeswood & Buckley Golf Club), following a 73 to go with his excellent 67 earlier in the day.
The cut fell at 148 (+8), leaving 38 players within eleven shots of the leader and plenty to play for. With high winds expected and switching direction, there will be a new test for all the competitors to face on the downland links tomorrow.
Southerndown has four players in the final rounds tomorrow.
