White Box Medal & 36-Hole Scratch Trophy - 23/6/12Sunday 24 Jun 2012 [8:15] Wet and blustery conditions made scoring very difficult, which was proved by only one player managing to beat their handicap all day.
Congratulations to Matthew Williams for his impressive nett 67 and claiming victory in Division 1.
Gary Dalton took Division 2 with a well-respected 74 playing off a handicap of 18.
In the 36-hole competition, Jonathan Holmes started strongly with a first round of level par 70 leading by 4 shots over Nathan Chilcott who scored a solid 74. Nathan soon took a firm hold of the title with another outstanding round of 73 in the afternoon to narrowly beat Gareth Standing by 1 shot overall.
